After years of big growth (36 to 145 in 5 years) the need for mindful organizational growth at Netconomy increased dramatically. Therefore a different approach was needed. With the successful Scrum Projects in mind a ScrumMaster and the CTO formed an alliance to change this and put a name on it: “Netconomy Agile” (NCA).  It is an iterative and incremental organizational development process with the C-level Management as Product Owner and the whole employees as customer and potential developers.
