Since its introduction in 2011 Lean Startup is a hot and trending topic all around the world. The goal of this talk is to illustrate how Lean Startup principles can be applied in various situations and to elaborate the impacts it can have onto a variety of business areas. The potential of this approach, introduced in other contexts (e.g. B2B contractors) is also discussed. The talk itself is based on real life experiences gained within the last two years.
