5 steps to get more cookies with less effort

The key benefit of Agile and Lean approaches is delivered customer value with less haste, with seamless workload and higher quality, all at the same time. This is what makes our customers and delivery teams happy, right? But how can we achieve this state? How to implement Agile/Lean over the whole value delivery chain? The only sustainable approach is to start with the mindset and cultural change linked to enterprise strategy, openly communicate and collaborate. This step is long term effort and is not easy. We will share our lessons (covering tools and our approach) about coaching delivery teams towards improving and independent teams.

About Tomas Turecek

Tomáš Tureček has been working in IT industry for more than 15 years in various roles from development to management. He works as Lean and Agile coach in Tieto Corporation. He has more than 6 years of experience from coaching and mentoring of tens of deliveries in distributed environment.

Tomáš earned his PhD degree at VŠB Technical University of Ostrava in 2010 where he has been giving lectures from Software development area for more than 9 years.

Among others he contributes to IT communities, writes blogs, organizes soft skills workshops and speaks at prestigious international conferences.
