PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT – NEW TEAM RESPONSIBILITY
Traditional performance reviews don’t improve performance and impede collaboration. What if Performance Management was the responsibility of the team? How would that look and could it be more effective? Adam will present an alternative feedback approach, aligned with Agile values. It enables coaching conversations and helps teams stay productive. He will share data from over a year of trials and propose that it is now possible and desirable for Performance Management to be a team responsibility.
