REDESIGN DESIGN
Delight users is an extremely complex job. It requires adaptation and a continuous feedback loop. Still, many digital design practices are influenced by rigid, waterfall approach. In many cases, the design phase is a big blog to the left of when developers start writing code. Detailed documentation and handoffs are still common practices when more flexibility and experimentation is needed. This talk explores how design is changing under the pressure of post-industrial challenges. Starting from real life experience, we’ll see how can be possible not merely deliver specifications and blueprints, but rather enable continuous and adaptive co-creation.
