AGILE TRANSFORMATION – WHAT IT IS? AND WHAT TO CONSIDER?
In ultimate months we can see rising numbers of „transformational coaches“, and many organizations declares they undergo agile transformation, or they just completed it. However, there are hardly visible results expected from such actions, which is source of frustration and disbelieve.
In my presentation I want to share experience from Agile Transformations. I want to discuss, what are reasons for it – why agile, what objectives organizations tries to achieve and how much time it will take to complete. Transformational process impacts organizational structure, values, jobs design and responsibilities. It changes the role of top management, role of line managers, it demands new responsibilities from every single individual and it also changes style, how organization communicates with customers, suppliers or other parties. What are the biggest pitfalls? And how to deal with them? Where are investors in agile schemes? I will discuss these and more questions from perspective of my practical experience.
Target audience: Transformational Coach, Agile Coach, Scrum Master
