He writes about experiences from his agile journey on his blog and is occasional contributor to InfoQ.

Ahmad looks back at lessons learned three years into one of the largest agile adoptions on the street. He discusses what worked well and what failed. Key points include, where does scrum *not* work, revolution vs. evolution,  the failure of the product owner role and trust.
