Presentation

The presentation draws a paralel between agile methodologies and holacracy using the case study of the Budapest based Doctusoft a software company using both methods.

Doctusoft is a Budapest based company founded by four software engineers. Their aim was an empowering workplace where it is fun to create software. Due to our customer’s needs and culture at Doctusoft we do both waterfall and agile developments but prefer the later. As we grew we felt the need to find an agile, adaptive and scaling framework for the management processes.
