Clear and Effective Requirements are a key component of any Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC).

In Agile, requirements are collected through User Stories.

In this talk we will cover what a User Story is, starting from a quick overview of requirements in Agile and Waterfall.

We will define structure, elements and the major characteristics a User Story should have to be clear and effective for any team, following the INVEST Model principles though good and bad examples.
