Philipp Eisbacher
ScrumMaster & Agile Coach, Netconomy, Austria

As ScrumMaster and Agile Coach Philipps daily business is to get people in a continuous mode of delivering great results for the customers balanced with a sustainable development of the environment to deliver even greater results next year.

Presentation

After years of big growth (36 to 145 in 5 years) the need for mindful organizational growth at Netconomy increased dramatically. Therefore a different approach was needed. With the successful Scrum Projects in mind a ScrumMaster and the CTO formed an alliance to change this and put a name on it: “Netconomy Agile” (NCA).  It is an iterative and incremental organizational development process with the C-level Management as Product Owner and the whole employees as customer and potential developers.
